Hi, I’m Hanna

I’m a yoga, movement & meditation teacher who’s inner calling is to gently guide people back to themselves in this busy, distracting & sometimes crazy world!

I’ve spent the last decade studying, researching & practising yoga, dance & mindfulness to find the answers that my soul was searching for – “How to be happy”, “How to live peacefully” & “How to live a life that made me feel alive“. I’m still on the journey (& always will be!) to figuring it all out but what I’ve discovered so far is that life is always showing us the way – if we are able to pay attention to it!

And so, I teach a yoga, movement & meditation practice that is focused on cultivating awareness of both the body & the mind. I teach from my soul to yours, with compassion, gentleness & a bit of humour.
